How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then delivered within 3 to 7 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your order number and email on our Track Order page. You can also see your orders in My Account.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Single cards and graded cards in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, as well as major credit and debit cards through PayPal’s secure checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@tcgova.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we can update it or cancel it with a full refund. Once it has shipped, our return policy applies.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We only sell genuine Bandai One Piece Card Game cards, and every card is checked for authenticity and condition before it ships. Graded cards come in their original PSA, BGS or PCA slab.
