Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligible Items
- Sealed products (booster packs, booster boxes, decks, collections) must be returned unopened, in original factory shrink wrap and in the same condition received.
- Single cards must be returned in the same condition they were received, in their original sleeve/top loader.
- Opened sealed products cannot be returned, as their contents cannot be verified.
How to Start a Return
- Email contact@tcgova.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back securely packaged. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping cost and will send you a prepaid return label. For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping was free, so no shipping fees are deducted.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order. For damaged or incorrect items, we can send a replacement at no cost — just let us know at contact@tcgova.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
