Shipping Area
TCGova currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is FREE on every order, with no minimum purchase. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden shipping or handling fees.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is processing time plus transit time.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also view your order status in your account.
Packaging
Single cards are shipped in penny sleeves and top loaders or semi-rigid holders. Sealed products are packed in sturdy boxes with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received, contact us at contact@tcgova.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, including a replacement or full refund.
